Class:
"A Class is a representation of the structure and behavior of any component at any level of granularity".
Class is derived from the word classification. Classification very simply means "categorization of real world objects on the basis of structural and behavioral characteristics of that object".
Class is a representation of a type of object. It is the blueprint that describes the details of an object.
